Light that Shares
Light received from Jesus
doesn’t stay on the bench.
It shares.
It becomes love
in you
and through you.
It becomes gentleness
in the way you speak,
patience
in the way you listen,
kindness
in the way you move through the world.
You don’t have to try harder.
You don’t have to force anything.
You don’t have to shine.
You just stay close to the Light,
and the Light becomes love
without you even noticing.
This is how the lamplight life grows,
becoming warmth wherever you go.
Something to Sit With
When we stay close to Jesus,
His light becomes love
in ways we may not even notice.
