What I Believe

These are the truths
that light the path
for everything shared here.

It is true, trustworthy,
and the guide for how we live.

Nothing is added to it.
Nothing replaces it.

“All Scripture is breathed out by God
and profitable for teaching…”
2 Timothy 3:16–17

There is one true God.

He is over all,
through all,
and in all.

“One Lord, one faith, one baptism;
one God and Father of all…”
Ephesians 4:4–6

Jesus Christ
is the Son of God.

He stepped into our story,
carried the cross,
and rose again.

Through Him
we are forgiven
and brought back to God.

“I believe that Jesus Christ
is the Son of God.”
Acts 8:37

Jesus came looking for people
who were lost.

He did not turn away
from broken lives.

He came to rescue
and bring us home to God.

“For the Son of Man came
to seek and to save the lost.”
Luke 19:10

Jesus promised
the Holy Spirit
would help believers remember
what He said.

The Spirit does not give
new messages.

He brings to mind
the truth already written
in Scripture.

“He will teach you all things
and bring to your remembrance
all that I have said to you.”
John 14:26

God gives strength
to walk the path
in front of us.

Even when life feels heavy,
He does not leave us alone.

“I can do all things
through him who strengthens me.”
Philippians 4:13

Jesus is the Light.

Scripture is the lamp
that guides our steps.

The Holy Spirit
reminds us of what Jesus said.

“Your word is a lamp to my feet
and a light to my path.”
Psalm 119:105

And as we walk the path,
the light of Scripture
often meets us
right where we are.
