Sit and Stay

We may get up from the bench,
but we do not stop sitting with Jesus.

He goes with us
wherever we go.

Into our homes,
our work,
our errands,
our conversations,
and our quiet thoughts.

We are not alone.

Sitting with Jesus is not something
we leave behind.

It is a way of staying close to Him
as we live.
