Begin with Jesus

Jesus came close to us
so we could know Him.
He is the Son of God,
and He calls us into relationship.

He wants a relationship with us.

In John 10, Jesus describes His followers as sheep
and Himself as their Shepherd.

Let’s listen to what He says in John 10:27:

“My sheep hear My voice.”

This means Jesus helps us understand
what is true and good,
and how to take the next step with Him.

“I know them.”

Jesus doesn’t see us as strangers.

He knows our hearts,
our questions, our fears,
and the parts of us
we don’t always know how to explain.

“and they follow Me.”

As we stay close to Him,
we begin to recognize His voice.

Like a light in the dark,
His voice helps us see the next step.
